Bought a game and its not showing I own it

If not, I would recommend you to contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the charge. I'm almost sure Xbox support will not be able to refund you if you don't have an order showing on your Microsoft account.

no I only use one account also I am able to play the game but there no dlcs and it says you can play mortal kombat or buy it to own it

it says i dont have any purchases but on my bank account it says i have bought it and $16 where taken out
