Bought a game and it says I haven’t bought it

I recently bought fifa 21 ultimate editionand had ea play to get the 10 hours early access. And now that the full game is out i tried to get onto the game this morning but it said my trial has run out and then it said i need to purchase the game to play
it. So i looked on a guide and it said that i should try deleting my profile and then putting my profile back in, restarting the xbox and uninstalling the game. Ive tried all of these methods and none of them have worked. And also when i tried uninstalling
the game i thought it would still be in the my games section like what usually happens when uninstalling a game that i own but it has completely gone and when i go onto the store the only option is to purchase the game again.

Ive been having the same problem tried uninstalling it and its just completely dissappeared of my xbox and its saying i have to buy it back from the stor

I recently bought 3 packs of the 3240 gold and haven’t received any of it in game.
