Bought a game and it has disappeared

If it shows up in your order history you should be able to click on it and it will open a pop-up with the full transaction details and an option box that allows you to "Install to your devices".

Here are the steps on how to check your order history:

On console

1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
3. Select Order history to view your purchases.

On the web

1. Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com.
2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.

You can use the filters to specific billing periods or to review In progress, Returned/Refunded, Digital, or Physical orders that were bought with this Microsoft account.
