Bought a Game and cant install.

Hi, I just bought Minecraft on my windows laptop through the Microsoft store, when I clicked for it to install it on my device it said that it couldn't install and that I needed to sign in to a device with my account on it to continue. Well I checked my
account and it said that it purchased Minecraft, then I checked my settings to make sure that I was signed into the same account, I even resigned in with a local account and restarted my pc, but it still wouldn't let me install it. I'm waiting on call for
a Microsoft personnel, this is my backup play so please help me if they cant. Thank you!

thank you, i contacted the microsoft and i got the xbox version of minecraft even though it said i could use it on windows ten

What version of Windows are you on? Are you accessing the store app or the web version?

i took a good look into the order history and cant seem to find it....when i bought the console which i believe was refurbished (can't confirm 100%) it was in the install now, then the first game i bought was saints row 3 which i also cant find in the
order history but i can re install that game.
