    Bought a game... 4 days later it was part of a promo


    I bought Fortnite on July 21st 2017 for early access and on July 25th it was added as a promo that included 4000 credits for buying. Since I bought it early, am i SOL on the credits? Or is there any chance I still get those?

    I got a code for gears of war 2 over a month ago as part of a promo with gears 4 and i'm not able to get the game.

    Recently bought Walking dead episode 1 the video game, and now its free for Gold memberships.

    I recently bought Walking dead Episode 1 the video game for 400 Microsoft points. A few days later, it becomes free for Gold members (which I am). Is there any way for me to get a refund for this? I am a little upset it goes on a free promo right after

    Unfortunately in order to qualify the games have to be purchased during the offer period. Since your purchases was made before the offer began, it is not eligible.

    That is unfortunate. I supported a game for the headstart, which was available on the store, and I get shafted. Man I swear I will never get rewards here.

    Having trouble with "upgrading" Minecraft to the Xbox One.

    Finally got the promo price. Realized I bought the game on a different account. I ended up "borrowing" minecraft on disc and just playing my old save. Less than 24hr later the promo price popped up.

    $5 code for receipt offer. Have not received my emails.

    I bought 3 $15 gift cards from Target last week on Friday (the 18th), and here it is a week later and I have not received any response in regards to getting a $5 promo for each of them. I've contacted the company responsible for running the promo through
    they contact/FAQ submission thing, but haven't heard back through that avenue either.

    I'm getting increasingly frustrated at this. It says it takes 4 days to get your $5 bonuses, and it's now been a full week. I don't usually buy digital Xbox currency, but I did this time specifically for the promo bonus, and I'm not receiving it and nobody
    is responding to me. How do I get my promos???
