Bought a digital game but no money was taken out and I have the game?

If you preorder with a credit card, the funds are taken within 10 days of the games release.

I purchased games from sellers on ebay that the sellers have the accounts with the games on it ready to download and install well Microsoft just confirmed to me that some sellers are not genuine and are violating the terms so Microsoft have removed my digital
games purchased from a third party selling site. And they have proven my point that they want more money from people. So a huge warning please don't buy digital games from a third selling source and you may loose all your digital games just like i have.
I'm just an innocent buyer that Microsoft have taken my games now I'm out of pocket of money and games.

Buying a game digitally is a lot more convenient than going out of your way to buy the game from a retailer which is one of the reasons explaining an increase in price. Also, some games e.g. call of duty games that have become backwards compatible generally
see an increase in price because the publisher is able to make more money out of the game. Price conversions are not always taken into account

Is it possible you bought the DLCs seperatley but not the bundle that includes the digital game? I know the first 2 expansions were seperate purchases from the disc; so if you bought say house of wolves and dark below you would still need to buy the disc
or digital game seperatley. If you got the taken king though i believe the digital game is included..

if people were clever (and could afford £10 extra) then they'd have bought the digital, played it, got used to it, then upgraded to XB1 and taken the stats and game with them
