On 11 November I bought the console 4 hour and watched the green screen, the following morning took it to the shop for exchange, I said that now we have to wait about 20 days until understand what it is and exchanged for a new one. Why so how long now have
to wait because of my guilt obviously not, if it never joined?

You directly download via your console

Unless you bought from Ms store but then you still have to go to that website

Xbox marketplace purchases aren't codes unless they are promotions via msgs or included in a console bundle which wouldn't be cards not emails

Forza 4 Map Packs?!

I bought an Xbox recently, with Forza 4 included, and I don't seem to have the Car Football DLC code, which is apparently included with the game. Help?

Sounds like you bought gamepass for console which doesn't include multiplayer

If you want that you either need gamepass for.console.plus core which includes multiplayer

Or just buy ultimate which has multiplayer and access to gamepass games and cloud

Gamepass for console only includes gamepass games library that's it

You cant claim batteries under console warranty

It is only for accessories included with the consoles

Play and charge kits aren't included with consoles

At the cost they are it's not worth it you shouldve bought extended warranty ar your game shop

90 say accessory warranty covers included controllers with a console and controllers not included with consoles

NOT optional battery packs which is your standard 30days

With bundles, the code is in the box and you shouldnt have to go through EA Access. Make sure you've checked every flap and sleeve in the box the console came on. If it's definitely not there, you'd need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle
from.
