    I bought a coin pack for microsoft bingo. I never got it but the game tries to download it every time I log on. Then it says the same thing. You have already purchased this item. Go to my games or my library to download. I go there and there is no coin
    pack waiting for me.

    Purchase of Game Coins for Apex Legends Not Working

    This happened to me too. I paid $20 for a pack of 2,000 Apex Coins and never got them in game, so I got it refunded. Then I bought it again, and 24 hours late I still don't have my coins.

    EA support has been very useless and Microsoft refuses to do anything about the situation other than MAYBE giving a refund.

    Paying for products and strait up (consistently) not receiving them is definitely a new low for EA and Xbox
