Hello everyone,

I bought a code for ghosts on XBOX ONE, redeemed it, and now i cant download it because i have to add a credit card first while the game shows its free. The problem is i dont have a credit card. I tried buying it for £0 on the xbox one and on xbox.com,
but both say that i need to add a credit card first. Is there anyway around this in which i can just download the game, because i already purchased it.

I have bought 10 pounds prepaid card for xbox and i redeemed it but i cant use it? It only wants me to add my credit card which i dont have.. Any tips?

i just bought an xbox one gears of war bundle. i put in the redeem codes for the game to download. in the quenced section i accidentally canceled a quenced add on.... now i cant seem to redownload what i used code for, and the code says it has been redeemed
already... im new to xbox , is there a way to get back my download?

 

There is no way around this. Either add a form of payment or a prepaid Microsoft card.
