bought a code but error when I want to add it

Dear all,,

Today I bought a 6 months subscription for live gold. When I typed in the code and I want to add it it is asking me if I want an automated subscription when I turn that off it will give an error and say the chosen payment option is not accepted please change
your settings for your subscription.

The code is payed and original from a store.

Any ideas? I tried to do it via the website but I get the same message.

It says "installation stopped"

I bought battlefield 1 digitally yesterday. I installed all the add ons but when it comes to the game near %2.5 it says installation stopped. I found an error code and wrote it and I tried all the solutions but that didn't work either. The error code is
0x87e0000f.

I just bought a new code in the microsoft store and I just got the same message see below:

Funny thing is i cannot pay any balance. I also added money on my account of microsoft and pay like this but that is also not possible...

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode
