Bought a character and will not install

Hi i bought the retail combo breaker pack of killer instinct for xbox one also and the characters were not unlocked. Its the same exact version as the free demo. After installing it jago is the only character unlocked. I paid $20 for nothing??? It seems
like a glitch in the disc.

I buy what I need for a new character. My first character I bought the AK-12, Honey Badger, M27 and Lynx. My second character I bought the Ameli, LSAT, L115 and USR. For my third character I will buy something that I haven't bought in my previous two characters.

You're not the only one. I have been having freezing issues since adding a 2nd character profile. I deleted the game then re-installed (since I bought the digital version). To this moment I am still installing (since 10am this morning) (It's 4:20pm now).
So I haven't been able to test this theory.

Hey Inked -

Check your in-game character menu - you should be able to download/install the character from there. There is no separate install for him, he's accessible directly from in-game.
