Bought a Back Compat Game. Transaction Failed. Still been charged?

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the order for the game. All successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time and should be stated as "completed".

If there is no transaction and you have been charged, you may need to reach out to your bank so they can validate it for you.

Alright i checked to see if they charged me and they charged the full amount on the day i bought it and they did try another transaction 10 days ago but that one also failed will i get a refund to be able to buy it again or what do i need to look for.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Communities Forum. If the transaction failed, the charges will be reversed back to your bank within 7 days. Please allow some time for the charges to be refunded.

Check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com and make sure it shows the transaction as being complete. Keep in mind that if you preorder with a credit card/Paypal, you're not charged until within 10 days of the games' release. If they were unable to charge you at that time, then the order would have been cancelled and you would need to purchase the game still.

If you have already purchased the game but you can still see the price and can purchase it again then something might have gone wrong with the transaction and the money might have been charged back by the payment provided, however in any case this is best
to bee looked into by phone support.
