Bought a 360 and can't play my games

I purchased a used Xbox 360 to replace one that my son used. He cannot play his games on it. The seller says they did not establish a password or passcode; they just put their games in and played.

My son does not have access to the Internet; he is not looking to play the games using the Internet.

Is there any way to reset the console so he can play his games?

The information on 1-800-4my-xbox was NO help at all. All the voice wanted to do is send me a text message. No way to talk to a person.

I bought a preowned Xbox 360 with parental controls so I can't play 75 percent of my favorite games

 

Bought game can't play?

Hi, recently I bought Halo; Combat Evolved, and I couldn't pay it. He says try downloading it again.

Even after several attempt of downloading it again it still doesn't work, still I paid 1200 Microsoft Points on it..

Anyone's got an idea of how to run the game or get the points back ?

these instructions. If following these instructions does not work then you will probably need to get the Xbox Support team to assist by using the
