Bought 75k VC for 2k16 xbox one...

Discus and support Bought 75k VC for 2k16 xbox one... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've entered the code on Xbox.com, however the vc isn't showing up in the game.     Bought 75k VC for 2k16 xbox one...


    I've entered the code on Xbox.com, however the vc isn't showing up in the game. I've restarted the system twice. Is there something I'm missing?

    Bought vc ( 2k18 ) with Microsoft balance and didn’t credit me vc

    Bought vc ( 2k18 75k 19.99 ) with Microsoft balance ( 25.00 ) and didn’t credit me vc. Deducted it from my balance and still nothing. I submitted a ticket, suggestions?
