Bought 360 version but CAN'T get the XBOX ONE version????!!

hello I bought minecraft 360 For my Xbox 360 but after 6 months I went and bought a xbox one and wanted to no how to get an exchange for the minecraft Xbox one version because I can’t play the 360 version And it’s the same prise but don’t want to pay twice

 

Terraria Xbox versions?

Ok, so I purchased the Xbox 360 version of Terraria before the Xbox One came out. But when we got the Xbox One, I noticed that you can't play the 360 version of Terraria on Xbox One. I was wondering why the 360 version and the One version are the same, or
why owners of the 360 version don't automatically get a version for Xbox One.

 

Well i can say this call of duty aw was the worst most unprepared game launch in the history of the franchise ! yoou would think they do a test run to make sure everything run smoothly nope no digital preorder for 360 you ask about it and a total mystery
then all sorts of errors and super long download times what the hell are they doing lol wow if this kind of thing happens to the master chief collection oh my god lol its bad enough the disc copy has a 20 gb update but the digital wow scares me now any way
this could have been avoided if they took proper steps but you know greed over rules everything so grin bendover and take it untill theyre ready to fix and address these embarrissing issues ! PS if users would get to read what some embadssaders
and ex embassaders have been saying in these forums about policy and the xbox one jaws wouldrop! Clean those comments up before you have an angry mob of users upon the wow some people should be ashamed of themselves

 

Ok here's the deal, after 50 minutes in a chat, with someone who was not the problem, still I get nothing!

I explained to him that had I purchaesed this thru Playstation, I could have had it both ways, In other words if I bought the PS4 version I would have also gotten the PS3 version as well. I believe the changed this today for MS as well, but they chat guy
has no info on this. I begged and pleaded for a credit, and they wouldn't budge. I asked if my purchase could be cancelled and then just purchase the One Version and wait for 360, they wouldn't budge.

All in all an extremely bad experience and the last time I will do anything like this again! Hello PS4

Same no bonus items and was told they 'come with the game' I am assuming it is related to the ONE issue and the add-on pack for that is listed as unavailable as well.

 

support is giving the run around on this issue

 

how insane?!! this is a freaking MESS........and what are they doing about it?? NOTHING!! Why? Because they HAVE our money! What do they care?!!!!!!

 

there blaming activsion for the problem. say they have not released a stand alone version for the upgrade yet load of crap

 

This is from the Call Of Duty Forums.....take it for what it's worth.

"I've been on support 4 times since yesterday, and the last person I talked to said you will be sent a code in your e-mail to download the Xbox one game, along with a day zero edition code. They told me the word from the developers is that is should take
72-96 hours from when the issue occurred. So, from the sounds of it, we will have the Day Zero content on both 360, and Xbox one. you just have to be more patient, I guess. We're getting a game that would be another $60 plus tax for free."

Support told me that they will notify everyone through email when the game is available to download. They also told me that the game publisher is not yet releasing the update for the upgrade for this game on the Xbox One, and that the issue will be resolved
within the day. I was told that if I am still having issues by the end of the day that I can contact them back and get a refund.

 

Posted my concerns to Xbox support text representative,

walked me thru some basic troubleshooting steps, delete my profile then re add it,

asked for my confirmation # proving that I purchased the game, then advised me that she manually entered the game on my console for me. I checked and no dice, I also re deleted my profile and re added and checked again, still a no go and still showing they
want me to pay $59.99 again.

The rep advised she opened a ticket for my issue and someone will be emailing me or calling me shortly in regards to resolving it and it is a known issue for a lot of users right now.

Just thought I'd post what I experienced with Xbox support in regards to this issue.

Yeah, I realize this is a nice perk (getting the game/DLC for both systems for one price) but honestly, they do that option for ALL games. It's total BS that they'd expect you to purchase the same game twice. I first ran into to this when I bought COD:Ghosts
for my Xbox One (already had it and DLC on 360) about six months ago and realized they expected us to buy the DLC all over again. I just brought it back to Best Buy and was shocked they actually accepted that reason for a refund but the manager seemed to see
the lunacy in that policy. They'll transfer ur stats but not ur purchases. So giving us this option for Advanced Warfare seems a no brainer - says to me that maybe someone at these corporations isn't a salivating dog when it comes to our cash. All that same,
I'm still waiting to be able to download it on my XbOne... TOTAL BS..

 

Um... In my previous post I meant to say they SHOULD be doing that option for all games. The forum won't let me edit my post for some reason... ( just another reason to be *** at MS today... LOL)

I, too, am waiting on the upgrade for the one and did not get the extra digital content. I followed the links for the above, and it said the extra content should be in my account within 24hours.
