bought 3 sets of puzzles and was charged but none of them have ever downloaded !!! What's up ?

Could you give these steps a shot and let us know how it goes? If the issue persists after following both suggestions below, please post back which region you're located in, and which version of Windows your PC is running (Windows 8, 8.1, or Windows 10).

1. To uninstall programs, to go Settings.

2. On the Start menu select Settings.

3. Select System > Apps & features.

1. 4. Select the program, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built in to Windows can't be uninstalled.
2. 5. Follow the directions on the screen.
3. Within the Windows Store, search 'Microsoft Jigsaw' to install the game back on.

If the issue persists after trying those steps, let's make sure you have enough storage on your PC to fit these puzzles on. Press the Windows key, search 'Storage', and open up the Storage settings option that pops up. If your storage is red, that may be
the cause of the issue. Please be sure to clear any items off of your PC you do not need to make room for the puzzles if that's the case.

UPDATE: I solved the issue by going to my MS Store account. There I went to "Settings" and found that the "Offline Permission" was turned off. I have no idea what "Offline Permissions" does, but I turned it on and after that was able to
download an install Jigsaw just fine. HOWEVER, after download and install it did not remember all the puzzle games I had "bought". They were on the server though and after I downloaded a couple locally to my Surface Pro 3 it remembered most of the puzzles
I had already solved in a certain group. So, my Jigsaw puzzle works again. BUT, on that "Offline Permission" button window was a link to "Manage your devices" I checked this link and found I had 10/10 devices. I ONLY have TWO devices an HPO desktop and a Surface
Pro 3, both showed in the list. But in addition the were 8 "PC" listed and I have no idea whatsoever what those devices are. I don't dare removing any of them because it might screw up something. Anybody having the same "Ghost PCs" showing in the Store settings?
This is weird !!

Yes when you buy the season pass load the game up, then you will get a prompt to download the 3 dlc pack's at no extra cost as you will already have bought them.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD from the market place or you will be charged again.
