    Bought 3 months of gold, xbox is telling me i don't have gold and that i need to buy more.


    Bought gold a few hours ago to play with my brother, but it keeps telling me i need to buy gold whenever i do anything. On the Microsoft website it says i have 3 months gold left, but my xbox keeps saying i don't.

    I've reset the Xbox

    I've reset the modem

    I've reset the internet connection on the xbox

    I've removed my account entirely and re-added it.

    Nothing is working.

    I just find it funny that steam, a FREE online service has been running perfectly for me for over 7 years. Yet this paid garbage can't even work after a few hours. Unfortunately xbox is the only way to play with my brother, otherwise i'd throw this useless
    machine in the garbage.

    Small rant aside, does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

    I bought xbox live gold 12 month and the thing is that I still do not have the game. I don't know if I have to wait a couple of days to them to send me the game code or I have to do something apart from buying the gold subscription.

    My xbox one is telling me I don't have a gold subscription, but my xbox 360 says I have a 12 month gold subscription. I don't understand how this happened. I bought a year gold subscription a few months ago, but now my xbox one is telling me I don't have
    a subscription. Please someone tell me how this happened and how to fix it.

    Hi so im trying to get a game from games with gold but it tells to join ultimate which my ultimate expired a couple weeks ago but i bought the 12 month xbox live gold thing but its not letting me get the free games and telling me to join ultimate or buy gold
    When did you buy the 12 months Live Gold? Was it 4 months ago? I only ask as Live Gold bought whilst a GP Ultimate is active automatically changes the Gold to UGP...so 12 months Gold becomes 4 months UGP (based on price). If not, then please ignore me...just that I've seen a few recently who weren't aware Gold gets changed if a GPU is active and wondered why they had no Gold
