Bought 3 month live card nd dosnt work

I just bought a 3 month prepaid card i have store receipt and the activation receipt, but when i put in my code it says my account has been locked from making purchases on the market my Xbox shut off cause i was looking around on this website for an hour
looking for an answer because phone lines were closed so when i turned it back on nd put my code back in it says not valid i need serious help if i don't get my live or money back im gonna file a complaint im serious Xbox really been f**king me over lately

You will need to call phone support for issues like this, they should be able to tell you if the code is valid or not.

My 3 month Xbox Live Card I was saving for when I ran out of xbox live(today) didn't work, it couldn't be found.. I have never had this problem before, I've tried calling but for no where. I feel ripped off

Sorry to hear it. The message you received suggests a billing issue with your account due to money owed or something else. You can log in to commerce.microsoft.com to see if there are any blocks put on your account.

If you cannot find anything there then you'll need to contact phone support as only they can deal with billing issues. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269.

I can't redeem any codes! I work hard for my money. I purchased an Xbox One, bought a card for a 3 month Xbox Live Gold Membership, & $15 card. None of the codes work when typed in. I tried the error code into their error code search & nothing worked!

please do not reply to threads from almost 11 months ago. this is why they sell the live cards, one card for gold membership one for purchasing content on the marketplace. those currencies are for one time purchases like games, videos, and other media.
when you buy a subscription you are getting a subscription that needs a payment on file to take the next month or 3 months or year depending on which one you bought. the ONLY way to get live without credit card or paypal is the store bought cards.
