    Hi there,

    two days ago i bought a 12 month subscription for xbox live gold. I typed in the code and activated it. I got an error code and thats it. Unfortunately xbox live service had some issues with activating and account management at that time as the xbox live
    status told me later.

    So my code is already activated and my account shows me that i have a subscription until 13 December 2017. But my xbox is failing to connect any game since the last two days. It's always tells me to buy a subscription.

    I also have an advert for the subscription on my start screen. It seems like there is something wrong.

    Since this is the only way to connect the xbox support - i hope you can help as fast as you can.

    Xbox Live. GOLD.

    It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

    Just something to keep in mind.
