    As title says . it says error and there is a errr code , i tried that error code in errorhelp but nothing , i tried redeeming it on store and again nothing , tried everything and as i can see i just wasted my money and mi time by not only purchasing this
    membership , but this xbox .. everywhere i ask i just get that random bot who write a copy/paste message ( yes i check my billing acc information AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG BECAUSE U JUST BOUGHT RECENLY THIS XBOX AND ONLY USED TRIAL CODE FOR 14 DAYS , AND
    IT EXPIRED 4 DAYS AGO ) .... is there anything that u can trust in this world... or just some auto bots copying the same message.. and yes code is GLOBAL

    Hi so im trying to get a game from games with gold but it tells to join ultimate which my ultimate expired a couple weeks ago but i bought the 12 month xbox live gold thing but its not letting me get the free games and telling me to join ultimate or buy gold
    When did you buy the 12 months Live Gold? Was it 4 months ago? I only ask as Live Gold bought whilst a GP Ultimate is active automatically changes the Gold to UGP...so 12 months Gold becomes 4 months UGP (based on price). If not, then please ignore me...just that I've seen a few recently who weren't aware Gold gets changed if a GPU is active and wondered why they had no Gold

    i have the same problem... i bought xbox Live gold 12 months... Gold is active, i can download the game with gold, but i Can't stay in party chat, says that i don't have the gold, but is not true cause is active... support don't have me a solution...

    12 month xbox Ultimate subscription randomly stopped working

    Are you sure it was a 12 month Ultimate and not 12 months of Gold? As I don't believe there are 12 month Ultimate cards. But if you had an active Ultimate subscription and bought a12 month Gold card, the Gold would have been converted to Ultimate an would have equaled 4 months of Ultimate.
