    Bought 12 month gold but I can’t play


    I just purchased Xbox live gold and it still says my console does not have the right permissions to access Xbox live functionality. I checked in the settings under subscriptions and it said I was subscribed to Xbox live gold membership

    I need help about live gold card

    I buy a 12 month live gold card and when I want to play online, I can’t. I have test with rainbow six siege and black ops 3 but all time they said « you can’t play online, buy more gold ». I have retry and they said « your code was used »

    If someone can help me ?

    12 month xbox Ultimate subscription randomly stopped working

    Are you sure it was a 12 month Ultimate and not 12 months of Gold? As I don't believe there are 12 month Ultimate cards. But if you had an active Ultimate subscription and bought a12 month Gold card, the Gold would have been converted to Ultimate an would have equaled 4 months of Ultimate.

    It appears to me i can pick up the games and play the Xbox one games FROM gold,but i don’t can play online :(

    the same thing has happened to me, im assuming it takes a while for the xbox to realize i bought gold membership, but it wont let me play, just now bought gold membership (12 months)
