    Bots giving a follow, then they remove right away?


    Hey what's the deal with these people adding random follows but removing it right away, like sure I can see them in my notifications and I usually block them right away if I don't know them or they hide all of their info. But what is the point of the random follow just to remove it? To get a jab at a few extra random followers who don't know any better so you look more important? Or do people just like to get reported for spamming?

    I keep receiving “bot” followers on xbox and i don’t know who’s sending them to me.

    Is there better or faster way i can remove these “bot” followers? Because it would take forever to block them and remove them individually, please help me. I really would like these bots removed from my followers list, they all have 0 gamer score so you can tell they’re bots. There doesn’t really seem like there’s a way to prevent people from following you, but i would like to get rid of these bot followers if there’s a way i can do that.

    Rest assured, if you aren't giving yourself followers, you will not be suspended. Bot accounts are usually removed eventually, but it can take some time for Xbox to discover these accounts and flag them as bots.
