I didn't know that this forum was an english , I one, apologies. Thanks for the answer. Yeah I'll probably try to get a new one, but it will probably depend on their availability in that shop, since as I said, most of them were open, so I don't feel like
buying something that could have been already returned. I'll give it a thought, since you and some other guy I talked on reddit have told me that it shouldn't be a real problem. I don't really care about that button's aesthetics, as long as it doesn't compromise
its integrity in the long run. I'll leave you the 2 best pictures I could take of it in case you want to add something to your reply

It does seem that the button is actually cracked internally, which over time may create a cavity and spread to the base of the button where it meets the connecter that attaches to the circuit board, therefore compromising functionality or maybe even getting
jammed.

Overall I'd recommend returning the controller for your money back and getting a new controller where the controller is still sealed in the box.

I would've thought it would still work properly, but there may be a risk of the A button breaking.

I wouldn't worry about a scratch inside the A button as this would only be an aesthetic issue. It should not impact the functionality of the A button or compromise the button after use. It should act like any other controller after wear and tear but that
should not cause the controller to break. If you're still concerned about it, you can always ask the store what their return policy is as most stores return policy is 30 days.
