    Both xbox one controller disconnecting


    I don't know if this has all ready been answered but with my controller I always had a problem with its connection could be playing a game it says its on but the Xbox isn't detecting it all I had to do was unplug the battery back up from the console then
    turn the controller back on and resume game play (stopped in the summer). Now ever since me and a friend got cod aw our controllers would say its but when we unplug our mics (xo4) the controller doesn't detect it but its still connected to the Xbox so we unplugged
    the batteries and see if that fixed the mics but it didn't it says its on but is now nonresponsive to Xbox so turned it off and back on (worked once for me) but after that it did it again but says Kinect isn't plugged in when it is we both had to unplug the
    power cord just to fix the problem for awhile. Again its been happened since cod aw.

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    Controllers won't stay connected - Xbox Series X

    Updates:

    Paired both controllers to console at the same time. Both controllers lost and regain sync at the same time.

    Paired Elite controller to iPhone. No disconnects.

    Paired one controller to console and other to phone. Controller connected to console disconnected, controller connected to iPhone stayed connected.

    2 xboxs in one room. HELP.

    Does the controller turn on both consoles as well? I can think of two possible alternate explanations:

    1. Your controller is connected to a specific XBL profile, which is logged onto or connected to both consoles.

    Try removing the profile from one of the consoles, and see if this fixes the issue.

    2. Someone has synced your controller to the other console without your knowledge.

    I would recommend disconnecting the controller from both consoles. Disconnect the Xbox you don't want to be controlled by your controller from it's power source. Then resync your controller to the other Xbox.

    I indeed did update the controller, and it still disconnected time to time. And actually now that I think about it, both the controller that I just bought, and the controller that came with the xbox just recently started disconnecting time to time.

    Both of my controllers keep disconnecting. Each day it gets worse. It started when the controller update happened. Now the Xbox isn't even playable as it disconnects about every minute. What a waste of money.

    My Xbox One Controller wont Update, i am currently at firmware version 2.3.2381.0 and want to update to 2.3.2385.0 and i cannot used my headset adapter. When i try to update it says no update available.

    I have two Xbox One Wireless Controllers with one that has a 3.5mm jack. The Controller with the jack updated to Firmware 2.3.2385.0 and didn't need to be connected to the Console by the USB Cable at all it just needed to be turned on. The other Xbox One
    Wireless Control that does not have the 3.5mm Jack has 2.3.2381.0 Firmware Version Update unable to Update to Firmware 2.3.2385.0 says that No Update is Available. I only need to connect this Controller to the Console with the USB Cable & also remove the Battery.
    I am unable to use this Controller in Party Chat and while i'm playing a game disconnects itself saying Controller Disconnected and the Controller Battery is fully Charged and still turned on. Please help me update my Wireless Controllers so that they both
    have the Firmware update 2.3.2385.0 and i can then use both Controllers again not just the one controller.
