    Both Xbox one and Xbox Series s turning off unexpectedly


    Previously my xbox one had an issue where it would constantly turn off. When it turned off it was only a cold power off as if i was pressing the button, and would turn back on in seconds. So I know it isnt a problem with the power supply. Anyway i figured it was just old and bought a series s however i am now getting the same problem. It is in a well ventialted area and i have plugged it directly into the outlet. Furthermore i have turned automatic shutdown off. I have no idea what is causing this, it usually occurs late at night.
