    Xbox One's store creates a solid black banner where the standard gray one should be when i hit "see price", then crashes and resets the page after 10-15 seconds. Marketplace.xbox.com shows the price, but after 20 seconds of clicking "buy game", it spits
    out an "It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later." error, with this information under it:

    I own(ed) Black Ops + all DLC for the 360, but i lost the disk and really want to play it, hence my attempts to re-purchase it. I'm also signed into my account, and have a valid payment option listed.

    Any ideas as to what's going wrong?

    Yes, that does work with backwards compatible games, but Black Ops 3 is not a backwards compatible game. There are several games that have been released on both the 360 and One and are seen as separate versions of the game. Sometimes the publishers have
    deals where you can upgrade to the One version for free if you purchase the 360 version, but it doesn't work backwards.

    In order to play Black Ops 3 on the 360, you would need to purchase the 360 version.

    Game and DLC purchases are associated with your Microsoft account. If you purchase the DLC on the Xbox 360, they will work on the Xbox One as well since Black Ops 1 is backwards compatible.
