BOTH of my Xbox Ones are still doing fine. I've never replaced a controller even!

Neither of my consoles have "Slapped me in the face!". In a response to another thread, Goth Vampirella mentioned it would be "boring" if people posted about how much fun they're having with their consoles, as opposed to all the negativity and whining I
suppose.

So here it goes...My consoles have provided hours of problem free entertainment!

Elite Controller Problem

I've had an elite controller since January 2016 and it was great but over the last 2 months it's been playing up. It makes the game I'm playing go very choppy/laggy (stop start) until it kicks me out of the online game and then says I need a connection to
play online even though I'm still online and chatting to friends in a party and also the sounds go all fuzzy through my turtle beaches. In some cases the controller will just disconnect and turn back on in which it will be fine for an hour or so then repeat
or in other cases it will just turn the whole system off, I turn back on and again it's fine for a few hours. I sent my controller to Microsoft last month as it is still In warranty and they replaced it. Its been fine until tonight, it's started playing up
again, I've changed batteries and even had the wire plugged in and it still happens. There are no controller updates and all the troubleshooting steps on the website have been followed and nothing. Not sure what to try now?

(I have 2 Xbox ones, a day one edition and a 1tb Xbox one S it happens on both of them.)

New Xbox One controller

Sounds good. I have the Day One Xbox 1 with Kinect. I've NEVER updated my controller and have had no issues not doing so as this is not a thing you have to do on Xbox 360. Wireless update controller. I've never updated my controller and last week managed
to party chat and exchange voice messages just fine. But I mainly use my Kinect for voice chat and voice messages on Xbox 1. Issue is those controllers are going to cost around $100 in New Zealand. I know, things here in my country are expensive. I've thrown
my controller around and it's still works completely fine. They're beautiful and sleek, though the vibration is like a magnitude 1000 earthquake. Seriously, it vibrates far too strong.

Every so often I think about selling mine (I've developed a real preference for my PS4), but I'll admit, the new backward compatibility has given me a reason to hang on to it. I think this was a good call by Microsoft. Sure they're older games, but I really
don't get too worked up about that. I fired up Dirt 3 for a few minutes and it looked great.

Well... I've had a few issues with my Xbox, but nothing I'd call deal breaking.

Some positivity once in awhile is appreciated!

I'd just like to say that I got my Xbox One 'Day 13' and (according to Goth's math in another thread) that means if I were to give a day by day evaluation of my experience with it, I'd have 725 days worth of posting to cover.

If you guys thought some of my posts were long before... you better hold onto your hats...
