    Both games won't work.


    Microsoft Jigsaws and Mahjong won't let me play them. They are not due for renewal until 8/16 and 9/1.


    Click on the link "check your account" takes me to store, it says "play"; kicks be back to popup saying to 'see account'. Back and forth.

    Me too. Different games, but same error and frustration.

    When I try to start Forza Horizon 3 with the disc in it says I don't have it.

    I just got both of my games back. I did

    not have to reinstall. Just opened. THANK YOU

    Halo Spartan opps game

    Its a family xbox live account with both profiles on this xbox. Nothing else happens, it just won't start the spartan ops games sometimes. There seems to be no pattern, just works once for a few games and then won't load anymore. It does the same thing
    weather it's both of us or just one.

    Same problem here. All other games, both digital and disc work fine. AW won't start up. Good to know its not just me

    If you aren't in UK then it won't work
