    Hey so i was playing my xbox one and my controller was working fine. Set it down for a moment and came back and it stopped working. I tried restarting my machine and unplugging the controller cord from both ends and nothing works. Then i tried my wireless
    controller which worked perfectly fine before hand and it turns on but wont work either.

    Both controllers constantly lose connection

    The console is connected to the router via cable. Place has not changed for six months and everything worked fine. Now the line of sight at a distance of 1.5-2 meters (announced 10) both controllers lose contact after 1-5 minutes. In other cases, the signal
    is lost permanently. Judging by the fact that Microsoft does not comment on it will have to pay for xbox warranty.

    Controller and battery packs?

    I kept my Nyko charging I bought for the XB1 and it works perfectly! Both controllers charge within minutes.

    BOTH of my Xbox Ones are still doing fine. I've never replaced a controller even!

    had mine since day one, and both controllers, all working perfectly fine and that has been part of the preview program since the beginning also.

    Xbox 360 not bad console but controller sucks

    Both controllers are perfectly fine for the job.

    The d-pad is the weak link on the 360 controller and the trigger (L2, R2) buttons are the weak link on the PS3 controller.

    I use both and find them both just as good as each other.
