Both controllers constantly lose connection

Both controllers constantly lose connection with the console at a distance of more than a meter. The point is not exactly the battery or batteries. It started just today. Perhaps after the last update. I tried cold restart, etc., but it is useless. What
should I do?

Controllers turn Xbox on then disconnect

I have a problem that keeps randomly happening-- both of my controllers will suddenly lose sync with my original Xbox One. Both will start the console up, but then both lose connection and their lights start blinking. I have tried:

1. Connecting a USB cable

2. Updating the firmware

3. Hard reset of the Xbox One (holding the front button down)

4. Powercycle of the Xbox One (disconnecting the power for a minute and plugging back in)

5. Re-syncing the controllers using the button on the side and the button on the controllers

In the past when this has happened, I just kept rebooting the console until the controllers behaved. Now even that isn't working.

The Xbox Twitter support people keep telling me I need to replace the controllers but that makes no sense to me since they both always lose sync at the same time.

Any help here would be appreciated.

Madden NFL 16 Xbox One

I gave up with CFM due to constantly losing connection to the EA servers, resulting in all progress of the game and having to start again.

I've had issues with this in the past. How close is your console to your wireless router? I used to have it sitting within a couple of feet of my router and would have random controller disconnects. However, I never had problems with controllers losing connection
on my other consoles (PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Wii U) and they are all sitting on the same entertainment center. With that being said, I assumed I had issues with my Xbox One. I moved the console into another room away from the router and I rarely have any controller
disconnects now and I am sitting further from the console than I was in the other room.

The console is connected to the router via cable. Place has not changed for six months and everything worked fine. Now the line of sight at a distance of 1.5-2 meters (announced 10) both controllers lose contact after 1-5 minutes. In other cases, the signal
is lost permanently. Judging by the fact that Microsoft does not comment on it will have to pay for xbox warranty.

I havn't had these problems, but its could be your xbox one.

Seems that with every new generation XBOX consoles get worse and worse with regard to connectivity reliability. You'd think it would be the other way around. Pathetic to have to pay an annual fee for this terrible of a product.

Also just to be sure it is an Xbox One console having these issues, not the X360
