Discus and support Bot Spamming in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Ok, this problem is getting old. I'm getting sick of being bot spammed when I'm trying to look for other people.     Bot Spamming


    Ok, this problem is getting old. I'm getting sick of being bot spammed when I'm trying to look for other people. I can barely find any actual players when looking for a group post on minecraft. Right, when i post something on Minecraft 14 bots literally became interested in my group post in under a minute. Literally to many to report and block.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You can use the reporting and blocking features on the console to bring these users to the attention of the enforcement team.

    They're scam bots with automated responses. The best thing to do right now is report and block the account's so that Xbox's enforcement team can address the issue.

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

    If you believe the user is violating the Code of Conduct, or is a bot, then you would be better reporting them to the Xbox Enforcement team (which, from reading your question, you are doing). This is because they can look into this and use this data to help manage/restrict bots being used on the network.

    I know it is a pain, however, this is the only option available.

    MS is working on this issue to help them you can report the user with the steps here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howTo#sub-topic2-0 This way MS can find the account and block them from this
    activity

    Also, you can change your privacy setting for communications to friends only and this will prevent these type of account from sending you messages.

    You can also change your privacy setting to friends only to prevent these type of messages too
