    Bot/Spam Awareness


    Is there a possibility we could push Xbox live, to put out a Notification either on the community page or direct message across the system about these bots/Spam and how to deal with it.

    Ive already spoke to at least 6-7 people today and how to deal with it. But this is but a grain of sand in the ocean compared to the player base world wide, provention is the best protection.

    How would i go about taking this higher if needed?

    Set your comms to friends only if that bothers you that much, otherwise you know the drill, just report and block.

    The spam on xbox has gotten out of hand. It really is unfortunate how spam works it way through everything.

    I'm sure Xbox must be aware of the situation and are hopefully trying to address it. I just report them all. Xbox may be able to pick up the common spam messages that way and insta-ban them.

    Hello, im sure the higher ups are aware and hopefully they are working on it. I have received too many to count. I just chnaged my settings to receive messages from friends only.

    From my experience only allow messages from friends, and there's also a new feature coming in which xbox insiders are testing at this moment in time aswell to help prevent the messages getting directly to you, so keep your eyes peeled :) I'm sure Microsoft
    are working as hard as they can right now to put a stop to these bots
