Borderlands The Pre Sequel Unable to download DLC

I have the rest of the DLC loaded, including the compatablity pack and part 2 of the Claptastic DLC.

However, when I attempt to download the 2 gig file, all I get is the cancel option. There's no loading circle either, it just sits there.

For giggles I let it sit while doing something else for a half hour, and nothing changed.

At this point I have cleared the 360's cache, uninstalled and reinstalled all of the DLC and the game itself, and I still don't have the option to actually download the Claptastic 2 gig DLC file.

What's going on? Has the DLC been disabled?

Tales From The Borderlands achievements glitched.

I have the same problem with Tales From the Borderlands and Borderlands the Pre sequel new dlc.

I am also experiencing this very problem as well and I've done all I can think of to try and get it fixed hopefully we get a solution soon.

Ditto, tried deleting all content and redownloading, clearing cache. Heck I even reinstalled the last system update just to be 100% sure. I have contacted Gearbox who said this

Good news! We have finally found what the factor causing this issue for

You will write in your current issue and provide all screenshots and information we have asked you from our end, including the transcript of this ticket (or link) so the agent who will be looking at the issue will be able to know and pinpoint the issue.

Microsoft will ask you to purchase this content again. Fear not! They will proceed to refund you right after and you will be the proud owner of the Claptastic Voyage DLC!

After all this, you may finally enjoy what has become, at least for me, a Claptastic Challenge!

I have since contacted Xbox support only to be referred this thread of the support forum and also the support forum on Gearbox which looking at the gamertags is more than likely the same people. I wish I'd have just got the handsome collection for Xbox one
now rather than a season pass which obviously doesn't work :/

 

Good luck with tech support. It took a 2 hour chat with them to get it resolved.

 

Tell me about it, I've spoken to Gearbox, Xbox support, back to Gearbox now back to Xbox support on Twitter and am still no better off. It seems no-one gives a *** about this game anymore.
