Borderlands the pre-sequel launch day woes

O hai, waited months for this day, can't even try to purchase it even though it is listed. 800700E8 error on the console, or a loop that keeps me from the game's page altogether in the store. Website just fails to purchase, I get the "oops" error. I'm using
multiple consoles/browsers/pc and mac/networks, so this is really a launch day gone wrong for me. Any info helps, but troubleshooting advice would be useless sorry.

i can not download this game either after multiple attempts. Borderlands is one of my favorite series and it sucks that I can not play it on launch day. Hopefully I can download it tomorrow
