Borderlands pre sequel season pass paid for and downloaded but not working.

I just purchased and downloaded the season pass for Borderlands the presequel. The download was only around 100kb and nothimg seems to have been added or changed in game. I am still not leveling past lvl 50. Is this part of the current xbox issues?

Xbox Marketplace code redeemed incorrect content

I purchased a code for the Borderlands Pre-Sequel Season Pass, but when redeemed, it unlocked the Borderlands 2 Season Pass (which I already owned).

commerce.microsoft.com has no record of this purchase because it was bought from Best Buy, not Microsoft directly.

hi i just bought the season pass for borderlands pre sequel and im very upset i went in and downloaded everything like i was supposed to and when i was done i figured i was ok but when i checked my bank statement it said i paid for claptastic voyage which
was $10 i didnt want to spend i want to know how i can get my money back and also keep the dlc since it was listed on the season pass list

 

i had a not so similar error but it relates to the topic so i bought the season pass but it says it charged me for claptastic voyage map pack who do i talk to to get my money back

 

and plumptie did you download the individual dlcs in the store because if you look now they will all say free
