    hi i just bought the season pass for borderlands pre sequel and im very upset i went in and downloaded everything like i was supposed to and when i was done i figured i was ok but when i checked my bank statement it said i paid for claptastic voyage which
    was $10 i didnt want to spend i want to know how i can get my money back and also keep the dlc since it was listed on the season pass list

    Xbox Marketplace code redeemed incorrect content

    I purchased a code for the Borderlands Pre-Sequel Season Pass, but when redeemed, it unlocked the Borderlands 2 Season Pass (which I already owned).

    commerce.microsoft.com has no record of this purchase because it was bought from Best Buy, not Microsoft directly.

    I bought Borderlands: the Pre-sequel today and accidentally entered the pre order bonus and season pass codes on the wrong account, can this be fixed?

    Sorry to hear it. When getting items from a season pass you should add them from within the game menu itself. Any other attempt to get the content (ie. console or website marketplace) will result in being charged for the item.

    If you did grab the item from within the game menu then you should contact phone support to let them know what happened and see about getting a refund. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269

    I too got this recently, when I attempted to download dlc for the borderlands pre sequel through the game using the season pass. for the claptastic voyage part 1, the confirm purchase option does not appear, which is vexing bc i payed for all the dlcs. confirm
    purchase appears for every other piece of dlc but this one.
