Borderlands on Xbox One drops frames like crazy

I love to play Borderlands, it was my main game on the 360. After I heard about it being back compat, I decided to try it out. I thought it would be nice to play on the Xbox One, especially because of the One having more powerful hardware. Ironically, the
game runs worse on the Xbox One than the 360.

When getting into battles that either have a crowded area or more than maybe 7 enemies on the Xbox One, frames drop quite a bit. The Xbox 360 never did this, so why should the Xbox One? Microsoft, please provide a patch to this, as you did to Halo: Reach.
By the way, does anyone else have this problem?

It's not bad but it just sucks when the frame rate drops like crazy in a middle of a fight.

 

Xbox 360 backward frame rate is really bad

There were certain parts of Ninja Gaiden Black that would come to a CRAWL! Lol. Haven't seen any noticeable frame rate drops with the B.C. games on the One; Borderlands, Kameo, and a couple others.

Have you tried any steps to troubleshoot this? If you haven't already, please try the following steps:

• Uninstall Borderlands from your Xbox One console.
• After the game is removed from your console, Press and hold the power button until your Xbox One fully powers down.
• Boot back up and reinstall the game.
