Borderlands Loyalty Rewards

I just got the Borderlands Handsome Collection and when i pulled up the menus i received a notification saying that i have loyalty rewards, that i would have to go to the extras section and then click the shift code section to redeem the rewards. I tried
that but it won’t let me get the loyalty rewards, it tab to collect the rewards has the select button grayed out. Can someone help me get this please?

Can't remember if it was a new character or an imported one from the 360 version but the first time i opened up my inventory menu I got a little pop up message about what loyalty rewards I had & they were then in my inventory.

Other than going to the support page, you could also try loading up a fresh character and checking their inventories for the loyalty items. The eridium/moonstones and the actual equip able items always went to every character's inventories once unlocked.
I do believe that the loyalty rewards were in fact automatic and didn't have to be redeemed on SHiFT.

Definitely hit up the gear box support page. If not try uninstalling and installing again.

Loyalty, loyalty loyaty. Why do you keep mentioning your loyalty? It had nothing to do with loyalty. That is what people are not understanding. And you favor a version of the giveaway that would reward you. Seems a little selfish
