    I purchased borderlands handsome collection yesterday from gamestop pre-owned. The gentlemen assured me all add ons, packs, skins etc would be available for me all for free (because it's included in the disc.) I went to see what downloadable content they
    had for borderlands 2 and one of the options was Commander Lilith DLC and it said for free. When Xbox transferred me to the store to download, it said it costs $15. How can I get the DLC that was included in the collection without purchasing the DLC?

    Borderlands THE Handsome collection - DLC no free

    The Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLC is not included in The Handsome Collection. You will have to purchase this separately.

    Are you pertaining to Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary add-on? If yes, we need to locate the game order, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the transaction stated as "completed".

    Also, the Borderlands: The Handsome Collection it does not include the add-on "Borderlands 2: Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary", it can be purchased separately.

    I managed to get 2 pre-owned handsome collections for $19 each and it includes a bunch of packs, skins, mods etc versus buying digitally for $60. I think thats the best deal we will get out of it with borderlands 3 on the way.
