    Borderlands DLC trouble


    Okay so basically

    1. I purchased that Tiny Tiny DLC through the game's internal store
    2. It didn't download. When I tried exiting the game to see if that would help, the download disappeared
    3. Now, even though I did purchase it (a fact confirmed by the Billing history), the DLC isn't showing up as purchased!
    Is this supposed to happen?

    Trouble recognizing already downloaded DLC

    I'm having trouble getting Borderlands 2 to recognize DLC that I have already purchased and downloaded. However, DLC for Skyrim works just fine. Inside the DLC menu for Borderlands 2, I am shown having purchased my three DLC's but every one of them says
    not downloaded. My hard drive says that I have downloaded these DLC's. I've signed in with the account that I used to purchase the DLC and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the DLC. I began having trouble when I switched from my x-box elite to the slim.
    My profile is on the elite's hard drive and I've transferred my account license to the x-box slim. What can I do to get my DLC working?

    Sorry to hear about the DLC troubles. A few questions for you:

    • Did these DLC's come with a code?
    • Are you online when attempting to access the DLC content?

    Looking into this issue a bit, it does seem to be quite the known issue on the
    Borderlands Forums.     I suggest reading through that thread, and reach out to
    2K Support    .

    Borderlands DLC trouble

    You should check your hard drive to ensure that the DLC is listed in the game's folder. If it isn't you'll be able to redownload the item from your Download History. You can access that on the console by going to System>Accounts>Download History.

    I would also like to add that many times when purchasing through an in game store, you must wait right there for the download to finish. If you exit the download screen it will stop the download. These do not download in the background.
