    Guten Tag. Ich habe Borderlands (Teil 1) auf meiner Xbox One X instralliert. Beim Starten meldet das System das eine Aktualisierung notwendig ist. Ich kann aber nur die Option "Abrechen" auswählen. Damit kann ich das Spiel nur offline spielen und nicht auf
    meine gespeicherten Spielstände in der Cloud zugreifen. Gibt es eine Lösung?

    There could be a possible update for the game itself. Check the update tap in the my games and apps section.

    If there is no update try a power cycle. To do that press the power button for ten seconds. After the console shuts down unplug the power cord for at least a minute. Than put the power cord back in and restart the console. This should fix the issue.

    If that won't work try to delete and redownload the game.

    Hi. You might want to try giving your console a hard reset. See if that works. Try and also replug your router, too. Hopefully that should work. Also check your network settings, too and make sure that everything is connected.
