Borderlands 3 xbox one x fix

It's now january 2020 and cant find any updates or news on a fix, still shutting down my xbox and yet the game is still for sale in the store.

Surely something that is force shutting down a console shouldn't be allowed to be sold.

Has anyone had any form of update yet as I cant see anything recent

is the game Borderlands 3?

if it is then you will have to wait for the patch to fix it as this is a known issue

Since march update xbox one fat, S and X are not ok. But microsoft don't care.

Already complain 2 times about that.

On Borderlands 3 we need to wait for a fix.

I'm not sure about Borderlands 3, but the developer for Modern Warfare has already confirmed the issue with Xbox One X and the console randomly shutting off when playing that game and are reportedly working on a fix.

Which countless people have done only to be told it's a hardware issue. Whatever the problem my original question still stands how is the game still allowed to be on xbox store if its potentially breaking xbox ones with constant hard resets

the best way to get your problem solved is to contact the game deeloper as they made the game and they can only fix this issue
