borderlands 3 wont launch

so i paid for borderlands 3 on my main account on my home xbox but it wont let me load as it tells me i need to be on my home xbox or the account which made the purchase which i am can some one help me as the support bot is sending me mad

hey thank you for your response and taking time to help.

yes i was able to launch 2 days ago then took a break i have checked my order history everything seems to be fine my connection too i will try to reset my my home xbox and account again

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with launching a game.

Have you been able to launch this game under you account before? This message can also appear if you are having intermit network issues, so make sure you can test your Multiplayer connection.

I would recommend reviewing your
Order history to verify that the game is correctly applied to your account.

If you are able to confirm this, then I would recommend that you
re-set your Home Xbox once more and see if that does the trick.

Additionally you may need to
remove your account and re-add it.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!
