Borderlands 3 took too long to start - Error 0x8027025A - Possible hardware issue?

I have an Xbox One S that has developed issues over the last few days. I installed BL3 on launch day last Friday and since then I have gotten Error 0x8027025A almost every time I have tried to launch it. I
was able to launch the game after many attempts and play for a few days, but since Monday the game has not launched successfully anymore. I believe I may have a hardware issue, but I was hoping you folks might be able to help me diagnose it.

Troubleshooting performed:

Uninstalled and reinstalled BL3

2x Cleared Xbox Cache (Hold the power button down for 30 seconds and restart console)

3x Full factory reset (wiped all games and data) - I had to do this 3x because the first attempts failed

Had MS support check my game license and Gamer Profile for license issues, there were none found

After all this troubleshooting, I have now developed the same error when trying to launch Diablo 3, a game I have never had issues with. I am experiencing extremely long load times for instances in D3, longer
than one minute, which normally takes less than 10 seconds. Also, when D3 populates many enemies and the game has to animate many spells and abilities, it totally locks up for a few seconds causing me to lag out and die.

Any help would be appreciated on this!

Awesome. Xbox has been nothing but problems the last few months, between this and the night and day performance between PC and Xbox versions of Warhammer Martyr I'm pretty much done.

I too am having the same issues. I get it installed and updated and ran through every troubleshooting trick I can think of and still nothing. the issue is with the software not the hardware int it needs to be fixed. Look i'm not trying to blow up at anyone
here but game developers or rather the tycoons in charge of them need to stop putting out faulty products like this. it didn't work for Fallout 76 and it isn't going to work out here. pulling this kind of stuff only serves to hurt the trust your consumers
place in your abilities as a business and once trust is lost it is very difficult to get it back.

I am having the same issue, and iso far it's only been with Borderlands 3. I've been able to play other games from a disk just fine. I have an External hard drive and I've tried installing it to both External and Internal, and it doesn't seem to matter,
the same problem keeps happening. I'm tired of being told to do a hard restart or factory reset. It isn't working. Many have posted to just keep trying until it works. I kept trying for over an hour last night while working on some other stuff, and I never
got it to load. I'm getting very frustrated, as I payed 100 bucks for the deluxe edition that I've gotten to play one time ( the initial install). Nothing seems to be working. I have't tried re-adding my profile, uninstalling then installing offline, or deleting
local saved data yet. If any of those work, I'll let you know. After researching for a few more hours today those are the only new things that have popped up.
