Borderlands 3 overheating Xbox one x

Borderlands 3 seems to have problems mostly with xbox one x. I read in a post about borderlands 3 or maybe rage 2 that the system thinks it is overheating and will shut off. If this ever happens they say you have to change the graphics to prioritize performance
not graphics. Hope this helps you or anyone else who reads it.

You should also try leaving a review for the game on the xbox store talking about the overheating issue and any other problems you may come across. Game developers and xbox employees don't reallyy read these forums.

I have a One X Scorpio Edition and haven't had a problem with overheating, however the fan sure does get loud. Have you guys cracked open your consoles and replaced the thermal paste yet? I've been thinking about doing it just because I see so many videos
and posts about how much it helps in situations like these.

What other games have detected that problem?

It seems that, without being serious, some games cause overheating lately in One X. It has happened to me with Nier: Automata and with No Mans Sky. Hopefully an update will come soon to fix it.
