Borderlands 3 not working

Discus and support Borderlands 3 not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; [img] so basically when i start game this appers and nothing elses happens other than robot moving.... waited for hour still nothing i tried factory...     so basically when i start game this appers and nothing elses happens other than robot moving.... waited for hour still nothing i tried factory reset , clear cache , delete data in borderlands , power off unplug , re- install nothing seems to work.... any fix? btw im on Xbox i have Xbox one S

    Is this happening with this game alone? If so, since you have already gone through the necessary troubleshooting steps the next step would be to get in touch with the developer of the game for further investigation regarding this.
