    Borderlands 3 installation stopped at 0%


    Hi guys,i am pulling my hair out here.So i purchased Borderlands 3 on disk and tried to install it and at dirst all seemed ok until about 30% when it started stopping with error mesaage instalation stopped.I went online and found workarounds for similar
    problems but none have worked so i presumed i had a faulty disk and sent it back and ordered a replacement.New disk is here but same problem so i decided to completely reset the xbox one back to factory settings and start again but after all that guess what?
    Same problem,instalation stops at 0% even in offline mode

    file info gives an error code of 8007001F

    please help as i was looking forward to playing this.

    Sorry to hear that you are having this problem, have you checked to make sure you have the required storage space? Also you may need to do a hard reset of your xbox not just a restart this may help.

    So I was installing borderlands 3 on my Xbox and I noticed that 14 thing were installing so I checked and I that Borderlands 3 dlc and cosmetics packs were installing but I didn’t even purchase them and when I checked the Microsoft store it says I don’t own the DLC or cosmetics packs for borderlands 3

    i had this issue and the only kinda way to stop it for now is look into you settings of the borderlands 3 game visuals and switch it to be based towards performance rather than graphics as that will stop borderlands 3 crashing the xbox making it think
    the xbox has overheated that fixed it for myself and many others till borderlands fix it themselves . hope that helps and happy gaming
