Borderlands 3 download stops and won’t resume

Borderlands 3 download gets to 24% then stops. the M/S will be at like 100 something until it hits 24% then the M/S will slowly drop by 20 every second until it hits 0 and vanish. The download will sit there saying “installing. Completes in 40 minutes”,
the download bar will flicker every once in a while and sometimes it will say installation stopped and after a few minutes it will go back to installing, but the download doesn’t progress. If I leave it like that for a few hours eventually the download will
resume get to 25.5% then stop again.

Had this same issue with monster hunter world when iceborne came out and none of the “common” solutions worked, but after a several days of restarting the download and waiting hours while stuck at a certain percentage it eventually started back and downloaded.
Since then other games and updates download just fine with no issues, except for now with borderlands 3. Iv tried the same solutions like power cycling, restarting the download, and clearing local saves. Nothing works I even paused the download and downloaded
an 10g update for another game with no issues and resumed download and nothing.

slow game downloads on Xbox One. We suggest trying out some of the solutions in this article. Did you cancel the installation before you cleared local saved games? Be sure to let us know the results!

Thanks for letting us know if it worked. Are you connected wired or wireless? If you are wireless could you try connecting wired and see if it downloads correctly. IF that fails also you could try a

soft factory reset. Make sure to select keep games and apps. There was a service alert for the game on Monday.

try starting the download/install then pause it, wait a few minutes then resume the download.

I had to do this a few times to install NMS as the download speed kept dropping or stopping but pausing and resuming got it to download in the end
