borderlands 3 crashes all the time

there is a problem i am having and don't know how to fix. borderlands 3 will let me play for a week and after that week every time i try to load the game it crashes on the gearbox logo and the temporary fix i have found is to delete
saved data from console and xbox live which means i have to start over again lose all my characters, progress, guardian ranks and event items which is not ideal and only gives me a week of play time before it happens again. I have already tried to factory
reset my xbox, uninstall and reinstall the game and deleted my profile and redownloaded it and nothing has worked and when it happens to borderlands 3 it happens to all my games except from game pass games but when i delete the saved data for borderlands 3
all my games start working again. PLEASE HELP.

I have they did not help they told me to do all things i have already tried and when i told them i had already do that they stopped replying. So i posted the problem the here to see if anyone knew how to fix it or to find out what could be causing the
problem.

i delete it from everywhere because deleting it from console does not work and i have it installed on the internal hard drive as i do not have an external one witch makes me think that the internal hard drive i busted but i do not know.

Thanks for the reply. When you delete your save data, are you deleting from everywhere? If you just delete from console you shouldn't have to start over. Also, are you using an external Hard drive? If so try installing the game to the internal hard drive
and see if it does it.

So far the inly game that makes mi xbox one x to crash is Borderlands 3 CoD MW has not yet do this to me at all...
