Borderlands 3 Bug?

So, just got the game and am trying to play co op. We are stuck at the area with
[Mod Removed - see Guidelines] when he is trying to give you the tracking device. We are unable to move, only look around and crouch. We have rebooted the system, uninstalled/reinstalled the entire game and still stuck. Is there any way to
fix this issue?

I might wait a bit before I get this then . I'm fed up with getting new games and there is some bad glitches in it I don't mind small sill glitches but like that no. They need to stop releasing games like that . 👍

Bugs and performance issue

Yes, That is what it appears to be, hope the link to helps anyone who has this situation. Weird I haven't encountered this issue personally. But the advice given is best suited for those type issues.

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console
